Attorney mag. Saša Bohinc provides legal assistance to individuals and legal entities in the areas of civil, real estate, labour and social, and family and inheritance law.

In the area of labour law, she advises both employers and employees on the regulation of employment relationships and employment disputes.

She advises clients and provides legal support in their business affairs, and represents their interests in personal and property matters before competent courts and state authorities.

In her legal practice since 2009, she advocates for a thorough initial legal analysis of each individual case, an amicable resolution of disputes, and an in-depth, personal approach.

Particular emphasis is placed on clear and timely communication with the client and on understanding their legal and business position. In her representation, she strives for the effective protection of the client’s interests.
