Bohinc Law Office began its operations on 1 May 2005, when its founder, attorney mag. Rado Bohinc, was entered into the Bar Register of the Bar Association of Slovenia.

The main practice areas of Bohinc Law Office are civil, commercial, labour, family, inheritance, insolvency and bankruptcy, and criminal law. In our work, we pursue a high level of professional excellence.

At the initial meeting, we familiarise ourselves with the facts and available documentation, assess the legal position, and propose a strategy for further action. We also provide a comprehensive estimate of the costs of legal counsel or representation. How quickly can I expect a response or consideration of my matter?
We respond to written enquiries as promptly as possible, as a rule within the same working day. Taking into account the nature and complexity of the matter, we then arrange an initial consultation with the client. Can a dispute be resolved by agreement?
Yes. We always strive for an amicable resolution. However, it may occur that due to the legal nature of the case, an out-of-court settlement is not possible.
